Life has not changed too much for the Anderson’s. Mom and Dad get less sleep while Sadie and Emmie are taking full responsibility of their big sister roles. They help out mom any time they can- if she is feeding Henley, they retrieve things for her. If Henley needs to be held, both are up for the challenge. They even help out with diaper changes!!
There are many locations in Lemmon that are ideal for family photos. I’m always looking for for good lighting, clean backgrounds and (preferably) greenery.
In one hour, we can stop at two to four locations in town. Personally, I think three locations is the a good number of spots.

The Macumber family gathered together on September 3rd at Dry Run Creek Park for their long-awaited family photo session. The park offers a beautiful backdrop featuring green trees, bushes, lush grass, and a paved path through the park.
The Nehl’s planned ahead and added the family mini session to Reyna’s Senior Session. The whole family dressed up for photos on the hillside over the family’s home & land and in their sunflower field.
Madigan, a few of her friends from Kansas and her family joined me in Lemmon for photos.
This couple celebrates every wedding anniversary in a new state together. It’s the eighth anniversary, and they chose the Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. In the past they have visited (in order) North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, Wisconsin, Nevada and Maine. Some of their most anticipated stops in North Dakota include the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, World’s Largest Turtle on a Snowmobil, and the Enchanted Highway.

It’s been two years since I’ve photographed the Pazour kids and Oh my! have they grown and so have this year’s bottle calves! They are ready for Beef Ambassador photos.Crystal mowed a gorgeous patch of grass in their tree row- which the calves were very eager to eat. So the kids played a bit of tug-o-war! Very fun!
Let me introduce you to my new friends: the Hulms. Near the end of Stormi’s senior session, we captured family photos. We chose three locations at the Memorial Park south of town. Isn’t this quad something? Archie, you are one lucky guy!

Summer is here. Do you know what that means? Will, Heather, and Chris are finally going to take their family pictures! Heather said she has wanted family photos since Chris arrived (he’s seven by the way), but just hasn’t taken the time to make it happen.
To celebrate Alec’s Graduation, the O’Donnell Family had a mini session after Cap & Gown Photos. The brief session was about 20 minutes long and was mostly spent joking with the kids. But, I mean, they are cute when the laugh!
Robert, Marie, and Henry welcomed Adam Everett Nehl into the world on March 2, 2020. He was 7 lb, 9 oz, and 20.25 inches long.
With COVID19 keeping everyone at home, Marie opted to take Adam’s newborn photos with her camera at home and sent them my way for editing. I think we made a wonderful team!
We had a great time! Henry was full of energy and Marie was so close to having Adam. Robert toured us around their farm. Deb was there every step of the way - both for photos and Henry patrol. The unseasonably warm weather allowed us to have a wonderful afternoon in the bright sun
For Christmas this year Carson, Ozzie and I packed up and headed south. I know what you’re thinking- Florida, Texas, Arizona. Hot weather, bikinis and a good tan. But when I say south, I mean just a little south- Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
I am still trying to find words for our boys of fall. The drive, perseverance, and support of your teammates that you've shown us on the field means more than you realize right now.
It’s time to celebrate Adam Nehl’s fist birthday!! To celebrate, the Nehl family threw a superhero birthday party. Marie & Robert took care of the food- providing fruit, meat & cheese and cupcakes for everyone to share with a whole cake just for Adam. Henry helped by providing decorations- a variety of superhero figurines, each about a foot tall.
