LHS Class of 2021 : Blake Erlenbusch

Many high school memories have been made at the Lemmon Rodeo grounds. That’s why it was the perfect location for this senior session. Meet Blake, Lemmon Class of 2021 soon to be graduate! Doesn’t he have the sweetest set of chaps ever? They match his zest for life, wit, and charm.

We kicked things off with classic grandstand portraits- which turned out fantastic! They are my new favorite spot for senior portraits. The white background made a perfect platform for this senior to stand out! I could see all the little details here.

We stopped at various locations around the rodeo grounds. The set of images from behind the bull shoot are my favorite. I’m a big fan of the lines leading your eye to Blake. To bull riders, I’m sure this spot represents the calm before the storm. It’s where you center yourself and get ready for a wild ride!

We gave these horses a little visit and walked over to the Erlenbusch’s bull pasture. Here, Blake crossed the fence and posed in the pasture. The fence by the way, very well kept, Blake!

On our way to our next location, we stopped a red semi-truck. This truck was the first truck that Blake’s late father purchased and fixed up. I’m happy that we could commemorate his father this way. I think it’s quite special! In the car, Blake told me about his vehicle projects. He has his hands full! I think we will get to see one of his projects in his fall senior session, so stay tuned!

We chased the sun to a dirt road off Highway 12. By now Blake is a pro in front of the camera
Blake and I are already planning his fall senior session. We will be showcasing Blake’s passion for farming. Thank you, Blake, for trusting me to capture your portraits and share your story. I’ll see you this fall!
