Hunter & Jordanne | Sylvan Lake - Black Hills, South Dakota Engagement Session

It was a joy to photograph these Sylvan Lake of the Black Hills of SD engagement pictures for Hunter and Jordanne. Sylvan Lake is absolutely stunning this time of year with everything greening up, the birds singing, and little patches of snow clinging for life at the edges of the lake. All sorts of animals were enjoying themselves: ducks, geese, and squirrels were everywhere. Fish kept splashing up at the surface and we saw a bird dive down for one. It was so much fun traveling for their engagement photos. The natural beauty of the Black Hills is unmatched!!

Hunter and Jordanne are amazing people. I learned they both love adventure and that’s part of the reason they chose to have their wedding in the hills. They are beyond excited to get their closest friends and family together this September for their big day.
