When I moved to Lemmon in 2017, John Lopez was in the beginning stages of renovating the Kokomo Inn.
It happened one thing at a time-

Next, the Kokomo Inn Art Gallery
Now the Sculpture Park
John has turned a rundown corner into a cornerstone of the community. The Kokomo Inn is a central meeting place for community events and parties- not to mention display John & other’s artwork. Foreigners and locals love the location. Next time you are in the area, be sure to stop by.
The Sculpture Park holds John’s latest art sculpture on display: The Tree of Life.
Composed of scraps of metal, chains, and flower blossoms created by dozens of locals- The Tree of Life is sure to be a photo location for the years to come. I’ve already stopped by three times for photos.
