Stormi Hulm | Timber Lake Class of 2021
I’m so excited to share Stormi’s senior session with you.
We kicked things off at the Timber Lake High School where we took pictures on the stage, in the gym & in the foyer. We had a few hurdles: the first challenge was the stage. Which was covered in tech supplies, laptops and tables. Our solution to the full stage was to close the curtain!
Stormi had a vision: her sitting on top of the basketball hoop with a ball in her hands. She was so prepared that she brought her own ladder! However, it was just a foot or two too short, and she didn’t feel comfortable. My solution was to switch spots with her. I’m so happy with how these photos turned out.
I’m a big fan of these images in front of the Timber Lake High School sign. The lighting is so soft and makes Stormi’s eyes pop!
We captured these amazing lilac bush shots & sweet hedge portraits kitty corner from the school. Whomever cares for this foliage has a green thumb!!
Stormi’s session would be incomplete without chain link fence photos. They are classic!
We took a short drive south of town to the Memorial Park. A hidden gem, the Memorial park was full of photo ops- with lots of trees, foliage, flowers & grass. Stormi is giving me major wild child vibes. She’s so happy and free! I adore that she chose to go bear foot.
I can tell Stormi loves the outdoors. She was right at home.
Her father and sisterwere waiting for us down at the dock with Strawberry, Stormi’s favorite horse. Here we photographed family portraits (which I will share in a separate blog post), dock photos and a stunning set of horse images. Wow. What is my life that these are the photos that I get to take?! I have the coolest job EVER!!
We wrapped up family photos and headed to our final destination, the Welcome to Timber Lake sign. We chose the sign on the east side of town for the best lighting. In the final setting moments of the sun we grabbed photos on the rocky beach south of the Hulm’s property. I love impromptu locations & ideas. This one was fantastic!
I think the stats for Stormi’s session are pretty sweet. Stormi & Mandy chose the Full Senior Session plus a mini family session, so we took pictures for a total of 2.5 hours.

To the people of Timber Lake: I am open for business! I would love to photograph your seniors and families. There is no travel fee to Timer Lake if I will be in the area already or the session is greater than $200.
