Branding photoshoots are a fantastic way for businesses to create a ton of creative content in a short amount of time. There’s so much that can be done to show off a business’s products, services, team and history. Most are excited for the updated social profile photos, but branding photography is so much more than that. Here are a few of the ways a branding photoshoot could benefit your business.

Behind The Scenes: Emily does anything to get the photo!!

  1. Social Profile Photo- This one is pretty easy. It’s been months, maybe even a year since your business’s profile photo has been updated. Let’s change that!

  2. Website- There’s so many places on your website that branding photos could be used- products, services, meet the team and behind the scenes are just to name a few.

  3. Blog Posts- Maybe this falls under the website, but it’s a no brainer!! Show who wrote the blog, where the ‘wrote’ the blog, or what she wrote it with.

  4. Blog Graphics- That thumbnail isn’t going to make itself!

  5. Pinterest Graphics - Create traffic to your website by using aesthetic layouts and fire photos.

  6. Social Media Posts- Another no brainer! Chances are, you have something to say and photos help the message get out there!

  7. Facebook, Youtube & Twitter Headers- Don’t be criminal and use a boring stock photo!! Branded images feel natural and look good!

  8. Video Graphics- If you create video content for platforms like Youtub, TikTok, IGTV or Facebook TV, you can easily turn images into motion graphics using platforms like photoshop or canva.

  9. Business Cards- Including branded images on your business card is one of the easiest ways to personalize them- especially when it is a portrait of you!

  10. Networking and Speaking Events- Speakers are often requested to submit a headshot for marketing and branding purposes. You have one chance to make a first impression. What kind of impression are you making?

  11. Marketing Material- If you ever need to print marketing material for an event, show or fair'- you will be extremely grateful for the awesome images.

  12. Pricing Guide- This is a great place to introduce yourself and your products/services to potential clients.

A big thank you to Emily for trusting me with your branding photos. I’m in love with my images and cannot wait to put them to use! A huge thank you to Haley for being our ‘prop’ for the day. You were a doll and I can’t wait to work with you again.
